If you know a little bit about me, you may know that I tend to be more aggressive than the average marketer. I believe that in order to succeed, you have to be aggressive. If you are a passive marketer that is afraid of stepping on other people’s toes, then the aggressive marketers will utterly crush you, because they are not afraid of stepping on other people’s toes. If you take a look at some of the most successful marketers, they are abrasive, rude, and could care less about you. If they are in a market, their goal is to utterly destroy everyone else in the market. I am not that extreme, and I am not so aggressive that I make it my goal to completely take out anyone that stands in my way.

Aggressive Marketing Using Web 2.0 Properties
I do eliminate my weaker competition, and I do in a way feel bad for the newbies I end up competing against because I completely crush them. More experienced marketers are able to compete with me, but when I enter a niche I eliminate the weak. I am sorry if I ran anyone reading this out of the search engines, but you won’t know if it was me because I only use my real name in the IM niche, which is currently my least profitable niche.
Moving on, I am now going to discuss some of the more aggressive tactics I use in order to kick everyone else out of the first few pages of Google for low competition keywords, and how I can rank for keywords rated “Don’t Waste Your Time” in SEnuke. These tactics are what make me successful, and are what have tripled my income over the past month.
When I first started out, I was very careful not do anything that might get someone angry. I was also careful to make sure I pleased the search engines and didn’t do anything that would make them not like me. However, by being very careful not to step on anyone’s toes, I didn’t get anywhere. I made one sale in three months, and it was a fluke sale. I was not really trying hard and I was passively getting links to my website and I was not trying hard to build a list. I put up a few Squidoo lenses and I reviewed products, and then I thought people would find me and purchase everything I recommended. Then I started trying to be a more aggressive marketer. I started listening to Howie Schwartz, so if you have listened to him then some of what I say may sound very familiar.

*WARNING* THE FOLLOWING TACTICS ARE NOT ADVISED FOR ANYONE WHO DOES NOT WANT TO STEP ON ANYONE ELSE’S TOES. YOUR COMPETITORS WILL NOT LIKE YOU, AND THE SEARCH ENGINES WILL NOT LIKE YOU (BUT THEY WILL GIVE YOU RANKINGS). IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BECOME FRIENDS WITH YOUR COMPETITORS, THEN DO NOT CONTINUE READING.

If you are still reading, then you most likely do not care about getting other people angry at you. You may have noticed that I mentioned the search engines will not like you, but they will still give you rankings. The whole goal of aggressive marketing is to work faster than the search engines, and do everything so fast that they can’t even keep up with you.
There are different methods of aggressive marketing, depending on whether or not you are promoting something that is very short term, such as a product launch for a product that is only available for a week, and something long-term.
I will start by discussing the actions I take in order to dominate for a short period of time. These methods work really well for a product like Frank Kern’s Mass Control, which was only open for a very short period of time. There are quite a few products that are only open to the public for a few days, or a week, and these methods are designed for promoting those types of products.
With these types of launches, it is not necessary to purchase a domain. For the short period of time that you are actually promoting the product, you can use a Blogger blog and the chances of it getting deleted in the short period of time that it is actually in use are very slim.
The goal with these types of launches is to get as many pages up as quickly as possible. Because you are using a Blogger blog as your main site, you can point as many links to it as you like, and you will not get sandboxed.
Because Blogger.com is such a large domain, and such a popular domain, it receives hundreds of thousands and maybe even millions of links a day. If you put up 100 pages that link to your blog all in one day, Google doesn’t even notice.
As a bonus, during the process of promoting your main page, you will be creating many other pages that link to your main page, and you will be bookmarking and submitting the RSS feeds of these page (Right?). These pages, bookmarks and RSS feed submissions themselves will rank in the search engines and you will be able to dominate the search engines.
When you create these pages, you can even promote the pages you create. This is something that Howie Schwartz calls “promoting the promoters”. What this means is you use the exact same process on your promoting pages as you do on your main page, getting all of your pages to rank highly in the search engines.
By promoting the promoters you are also making the links back to your main site more powerful, making your main site rank more highly, as the links contain more link juice.
If you are involved in a very competitive product launch, then you can even promote the promoters’ promoters (That’s not confusing at all). Each page you create can be promoted, and you can create more and more pages and bookmarks and RSS feeds and keep doing more and more submissions. Each time you promote any of the pages you create, the pages linking directly to your main page become more powerful, and your main page becomes more powerful.
During this process you can re-bookmark each of the pages created multiple times. In fact, you can bookmark them once a day, or even multiple times per day. This is very aggressive, and some of your accounts will be banned and some of your bookmarks and pages will be deleted.
However, because it is a short term campaign, you will have your rankings for the product launch, and by the time all of the sites have finished removing the pages they didn’t like, and Google has de-indexed the pages it decides to de-index, the product launch will already be over. You will have made your sales and it won’t matter that all of your accounts are now banned or deleted.
If you are doing a long-term promotion, the process is basically identical, but it is spaced out over time. You still want to create all these pages and promote your promoters, etc. But you want to spread the whole process out over a few months, and maybe even a year.
You will also want to have your own domain, so that there is no chance that it will be deleted. I shouldn’t say no chance, but there is a much lower chance that it will be deleted.
You should also add to this process press releases, blog commenting, forum posting, etc. You may even want to try to get some guest posts on some high PR blogs and have a backlink at the end of the post, which will give you traffic and a powerful backlink. If possible, find a reason to get onto other people’s Blogrolls, which will give you a link on every page of their website.
If you are promoting your own product, then one of the best ways to get more backlinks to your site is through affiliates. By gaining an army of affiliates, you will have tons of people linking back to your site, and each person will most likely be creating multiple pages with multiple links.
Some of the affiliates will use redirects, but many do not even know what those are, or do not know how to use them.
The important thing is to spread the process out over a long period of time, so that you do not get sandboxed or de-indexed by Google. You also will care about your pages and will not want them all to be deleted, so you shouldn’t create too many pages all at one time promoting the same site.
However, if you do not like waiting to continue your promotion, then spend your time promoting your promoters. Create a few pages that link directly to your main page, and then promote those pages. If you still have time, promote the pages that are promoting your promoters.
In this way none of the pages are gaining a massive amount of backlinks to a site in one day, so none of them will get sandboxed or de-indexed and you can still continue your promotion without having to wait!

How to Create And Deliver A Killer Bonus Offer
In this report I am going to teach you how to create a killer bonus that will have floods of people wanting to purchase through your link. Because I have received questions on delivering the bonuses, I will also discuss that near the end as well.
Every smart affiliate marketer knows that in order to make a lot of sales, you have to offer a bonus to people who purchase through your link. People LOVE bonuses! They especially love bonuses that compliment the product and make the product even more effective for them. If you can offer the perfect bonus, and get that bonus in front of the right people, you will make sales!
I know I am always looking for bonuses. I have signed up to over 20 lists, so that if a good product comes out I can compare all of their bonuses and look for bonuses on Google, and then I can choose the best one and get the most out of the product. I am sure there are many others like me who look for the best bonus they can possibly find.
So the goal with creating a bonus is to offer something that completes the product, something that is better than what everyone else is offering and to get that offer in front of as many people as possible. The better the bonus, the more likely people are to buy. I will let you in on a secret…I have purchased products just to get the bonuses people were offering, not because I even wanted the product. People offer entire courses that they have created that usually sell for way more than the price of the product, and then they give it as a bonus for purchasing some cheap $15 product! I have purchased a few products with no intention of ever looking at the product.
I am not normal, so I do not know how many other people have purchased products just for the bonuses, but it just proves the point that a bonus can sell the product. You are told that if you write a good review of a product then it is likely to sell, but if you write a good review and then offer an incredible bonus, your conversion rates will become supercharged and you will begin to see the real money.

Creating A Bonus
So how do you determine what makes a good bonus? Well, in order to offer the best possible bonus, it is best if you have a copy of the product so that you know what it contains and what it doesn’t contain. Otherwise you will end up simply offering the same material that is in the product, or you will offer something completely unrelated. If you are promoting a product launch you can often get at least a review copy of the course, if not the full version. If the merchant does not already offer it, you can request a review copy of the product or just a copy of the product. If you cannot get a copy of the product, then read over the sales page very carefully and then you can see what you could offer as a bonus. If you do not have a copy of the product, you can think up an idea for the bonus, then contact the merchant and ask if what you are offering is already included in the course.
This is only if you actually care how good the bonus really is. I personally want to help people to succeed, so I want to offer a bonus that will truly benefit people, which is why I often contact the merchants and run my bonuses by them to see what they think and ask if they compliment the program (But not always).
So, let’s walk through picking a bonus. I will go through the how I determined the bonuses for the Google Slapper product that I am promoting. First of all, I got a free copy of the course and I went through it. I saw what the course was about and what it covered, and then I tried to think of what would complement the product. To get a little bit of an idea I went and looked at what other people were offering as bonuses.
Unfortunately, I didn’t like what they were offering. Most of the bonuses I came across all stunk. Most of them were courses on Web 2.0 and using Web 2.0 properties to gain traffic, which is exactly what Google Slapper is about! They are just crappy versions of the course being offered as a bonus! Do you know what the worst part is? Most people will see those bonuses and think they fit perfectly with the course and that they are obviously the best bonuses because they are both on Web 2.0! I didn’t want to offer another Web 2.0 course, so I decided to come up with my own bonuses, ones that I thought would be more beneficial and more valuable for those who purchase through my link.

These are the bonuses I came up with:
1.    “Getting Clickbank Products Free” report. This report I wrote is about how you can get Clickbank products for free, or for a discount, and how to get the most out of your Clickbank purchases. I chose to add this report because people in the IM niche generally purchase A LOT of Clickbank products, and this report helps them save on the other products they purchase. Because they will potentially purchase many other products, this report is worth a lot to them.
2.    “118 Most Useful Wordpress Plugins” report. This is basically a list of great plugins to help you get the most out of your Wordpress blog. It is a product I got MRR to as an apology because I was having issues with a product I purchased. This goes well with Google Slapper because many people will have a Wordpress blog as their main site that they are promoting, and they will want it to be as efficient as possible.
3.    “Blogging for Profits” course. This course teaches how to make money from a blog. It is another product that was part of the apology. This is a perfect addition to Google Slapper, because it teaches how to make money from your blog, and Google Slapper teaches how to get traffic to your blog and how to get it to rank highly in the search engines.
4.    “Celebrity Blogging” course. This course shows how to become a well-known blogger, or essentially a celebrity blogger. It teaches how to position yourself as an expert and get people to pay attention to you when you blog. This was another part of the apology, and it goes perfectly with Google Slapper for the same reason above, making your main blog more effective.
5.    9,000 PLR articles. I have a huge pile of different PLR packs that I have purchased and obtained from membership sites, and this package of 9,000 I am giving away as a bonus because it gives content, which is something that is desperately needed in order to get good rankings and to keep people coming to their websites. It is not difficult to find PLR articles, and there are many PLR membership sites where you can get piles of PLR articles that you can offer as bonuses.
6.    14 Wordpress themes. I designed some of these Wordpress themes myself, and some of them I just picked up and got rights to. I am giving these away because everyone loves to have more themes for their Wordpress blogs, which many people use for their main website.
7.    “My Favorite Web 2.0 Properties”. This is just a list of all of my favorite Web 2.0 properties. Would you like to know how I found out about these? I went to multiple IM forums and said I was looking into doing certain things and asked what they thought the best ones were, and then I went and started using them. I also found lists on Google, and I just compiled them all, tried them out and kept the ones that I liked. Most of these I didn’t even have to go find. I had people in forums telling me what the best properties were, and then I just spent a little bit of time making sure they were easy to use and they actually worked. Then I put them in a list and offered them as a bonus!
8.    “Mystery Bonus”. This one is just another bonus, but I like to have a mystery bonus because it keeps people intrigued. Many people will purchase through my link just because they want to know what the bonus is, even if it’s a piece of junk (which it’s not). I am sorry, but I am not going to tell you what it is. If you want to know, you are going to have to purchase Google Slapper through my link. 
Now you will notice that I have an extra bonus here that is just for the one time offer. I am offering over 100,000 PLR articles. Again, I have picked up a lot of PLR articles, so I compiled them all as a bonus if they purchase the OTO. Now, I have never seen anyone offer a bonus for the OTO, and I have never done it before.
The reason I decided to offer a bonus for the OTO is because it is a fact that generally 50% of people who purchase a product do not even look at the OTO. Most people don’t care, and think that the merchant is just trying to make extra money, which they often are. By offering a massive bonus of 110,000 PLR articles, then it gives people a reason to at least look at the OTO and hopefully a huge incentive to purchase it. I have no idea how well this works, but I will find out after the launch occurs. I have actually NEVER had anyone purchase a OTO through my link. NEVER. I have no idea why this is, but I have not ever seen a sale from a one-time offer. I have also not sold tons of copies of the same product (yet), but I still have sold enough that I would have thought that someone would have purchased.
However, from my testing OTO are not purchased very often. I am hoping that by offering a bonus for the OTO that I will start to make some sales of the OTO.
So as you can see, I have chosen bonuses that fit well with Google Slapper and compliment the course. They are also quite valuable and give great incentive to purchase through my link.
One thing you that always helps is to state the value of the bonuses. You can see that I state the value after each bonus, so they know what they are getting. I also explain why it is worth that much, so that they can see what value they are getting. If you do not tell people what the value of the course is, then they are left wondering what on earth the value is and they have to GUESS, which is not good. Always state the value of a bonus.
Ok, so how did I get these bonuses? Well, I have a pile of RR, MRR and PLR products that I can use for bonuses. They are mostly for the IM niche, so that is where I can offer the best bonuses. You noticed that many of my bonuses are just MRR and PLR products. These products are easy to get a hold of, and many of them are quite cheap, or even free. The funny thing is, they can sell for $47, but you can also find them on the internet for free if you do some searches. Some of these products just take a little bit of looking.
Some of these bonuses I created myself, using forums. I do not usually spend a lot of time in forums (except the SEnuke forum), because for the most part they are a waste of time. However, I have found them quite beneficial for getting bonuses. All you have to do is think of a bonus, and ask questions in popular forums in your niche and compile people’s answers into a special report or a list or product. Then suddenly you have a great bonus. It doesn’t take a lot of time, and it doesn’t take a lot of effort.
One of the bonuses is a report that I wrote, based on a little bit of information I discovered that not many people know. Anyone can do this, so long as you know something. Just write something you know down and put it into a small report. As long as it is relevant and beneficial to other people, it will make a good bonus. If you are not good at writing, or you do not know a lot about the subject that you want to create a bonus on, then you can easily outsource the report and have someone else write it for you.
That is how I got all of my bonuses for this product, and there are some other ways to get bonuses/create bonuses for your product. One of THE best ways to get a bonus for the product is to ask the merchant for one. Contact the merchant and ask him/her for ideas for a bonus or if they have anything lying around that you can offer as a bonus. Sometimes they will, sometimes they won’t. You can also ask to do an interview with them. I have seen many marketers do this successfully. Simply contact the merchant and set up an interview with them. Most of them are delighted to do an interview with you, as it may increase their sales. Merchants are often very helpful, and if they aren’t then you probably don’t even want to be working with them anyway.
Another method of creating bonuses is to take PLR articles, alter them slightly and compile them into a short eBook or report and offer it as a bonus. It is easy to do for any niche, because there are thousands upon thousands of PLR articles that you can get and find the subject you want and create a report. It really is not difficult at all.
There is one last type of bonus that I have seen people offer, but I don’t personally like using it and that is rebates. Many people offer to give people money back if they purchase through that affiliate link. This is basically just a discount on the product, and convinces the cheap people to purchase through you, as they don’t want to spend as much money. I don’t personally like to do this, as it basically costs me money, whereas offering all the other bonuses might cost me a little bit of time.
I also do not like to offer rebates because you have to wait until the refund period is up to give them their bonus. This is a little more complicated, and it means that anyone who wants the bonuses immediately will not purchase through you. It also means that people who are unsure of the product will not purchase through you because if the product ends up being a piece of garbage then they don’t get a bonus. You may think that this is a good thing, but if you are promoting a quality product, which you should be, then you should not be worried about refunds. If they are unsure, then they are more likely to purchase through your link, and then when they see the product they will most likely not want a refund because they will realize the value of the product, especially when combined you’re your bonuses. However, if for whatever reason you don’t want to give out other bonuses, you can offer a rebate.

Delivering the Bonuses
So now that you hopefully know what to offer as a bonus or at least how to get a bonus to offer, what about actually delivering the bonuses to the people who make the purchase through your link? Let me first describe the things you must do in order for this to work.
You need to tell them that in order to make sure they can get the bonuses they must CLEAR THEIR COOKIES before clicking through your link. This makes sure that the credit for the sale goes to you, and therefore they get their bonuses. Then inform them that they need to forward the receipt to your email address. Create an email address specifically for getting the bonuses for that product. For instance, create a Gmail account called productnamebonus@gmail.com and tell the customers to forward their receipts to that email address.
Once you receive the email, you verify that they did in fact purchase through your link. If they indeed did purchase through your link, then you send them a link to a webpage with all the download links for the bonuses. If you do not have a domain, or you do not want to bother setting up a page with the links, you can also attach them in an email. You want to make sure you respond as soon as possible, generally within the next 24 hours.
If you are offering rebates it works a little differently. You must ask them to forward the receipt to your email address, just like stated above, but you must also ask them for their PayPal email address so you can send them their rebate. However, you must NOT send it to them right away. If you are offering a rebate you must wait until after the refund period (60 days with Clickbank products) has expired, so you know the customer will not be able to get a refund.
If you send them their rebate before the refund period is up, they will often request a refund on the product, and then they have just made money off of you! This is definitely not something that you want to happen. Make sure you explain on their webpage that they will have to wait for the refund period to finish before they obtain their bonuses.
I have had questions about how to automate this process of delivering bonuses, but I hate to tell you that there is no way to do it. Because you have to verify that they purchased through your link, you cannot just have something set up to auto reply. If you don’t care whether or not they actually did purchase through your link, then it is possible to set up an automatic response email. However, if someone even sends an email to ask questions then they will suddenly get their bonuses, and if they hadn’t yet purchased through your link, then they no longer have an incentive to purchase through your link. (And people do sometimes send questions).
The closest thing you can do to automation is to outsource. Have someone check the emails and reply to them all for you. It is pretty cheap to outsource a task like this, so it can be worth it depending on how many copies of the product you end up selling.
That is all I have for you regarding bonuses. I trust that now you have the knowledge you need to create killer bonuses that will have boatloads of people purchasing through your links.
To Your Success,

Bookmarking Secrets
Bookmarking is one of the first things that you hear about when it comes to Web 2.0. You have probably heard many times that it is a very easy way to gain traffic and backlinks to your site, and that it is essential if you are to succeed using Web 2.0 properties. The problem is, most people don’t tell you how to bookmark properly in order to get good rankings and in order to get as much traffic as possible.
Many people think that part of the goal with social bookmarking is to get on the front page of the bookmarking sites, or to get the most “diggs” or “props” on their bookmark. This is not the case. There are three different goals with bookmarking. You are trying to get traffic from the bookmarks, you are trying to get backlinks from the bookmarks and if the case of low competition keywords, you are trying to get rankings.
Every time you bookmark, you will get a backlink to your website. That much is obvious. So every time you bookmark, the page(s) you bookmark get a little more link juice and they rank a little bit better in Google. So I am going to tell you how I use bookmarking to gain traffic and how I use it to get more rankings for low competition keywords.
Tips for Getting More Traffic from Social Bookmarking:
In order to get the most traffic from a bookmark, you need to make it appear natural. If you bookmark a site and it sounds like a sales pitch, people are less likely to visit your site if they come across that bookmark. They see sales pitches everywhere, and most people don’t like them. Would you check out a bookmark if it said “Go to my site here. I have the best product in the world and you don’t even know how badly you need it. Seriously, if you want to succeed then you need my stuff. So go to my site because it is awesome”. Now, I know you aren’t that blatant and annoying with your bookmarks (right?), but you get the idea.
Instead, you need to write your bookmarks as if you have nothing to do with the site. Pretend you are just someone who happened to find your website, appreciated it, and bookmarked it. Act like you are a third party who doesn’t know the owner of the website and who doesn’t have any affiliation with the website. Say something like “I was looking for ______ and I came across this site. It has some really great tips about _______ and I found it to be very useful”. Obviously you won’t use those exact words because it all depends on what your site is about.
Which one would you click on? The sales pitch or the other one? If you would click on the sales pitch, then there is probably something wrong with you, or you are looking for your competition. But if you were just an average person, you would click on the second one because it is friendlier and more natural.
So in order to gain more traffic, make sure your bookmark appears to be from a third party, and not from the owner of the website, or someone promoting the website. The second thing you should do in order to gain more traffic from your bookmark, is to use a title that will catch people’s attention.
The first thing people will see of your bookmark is the headline. You don’t want to have a boring title that would not interest anyone. Let’s say you are promoting SEnuke, and you have written a review page about it and you are now bookmarking that page. You don’t want the title of bookmark to be “SEnuke Review” or “Review of SEnuke” because it is boring and will not catch anyone’s attention.
For the title you want it to be something interesting, and something eye-catching. Be original! Add some personality into the title! If you are not creative and cannot think of something exciting that will grab people’s attention, then even saying something like “In-Depth Review of SEnuke SEO Software” is more interesting than “Review of SEnuke”. By simply adding adjectives (adjectives = descriptive words) then you can make the title more interesting.
There are lots of ways to make the title eye-catching, just do something! Make it stand out a little bit and use psychological keywords that will attract people to read it! (There is a power words cheat sheet that came with the product full of psychological keywords). Just try to do something that will make people actually look at your bookmark, and you will get much more traffic than if you just write a boring title like “SEnuke Review”.
Tips for Getting Better Rankings from Social Bookmarking:
Obviously part of the point of social bookmarking is to get backlinks to your webpage(s) so that you can rank more highly in the search engines. This does occur, and can be very effective when combined with other linking methods (to make it appear more natural). However, for low competition keywords, it is also possible to get your bookmarks to rank for your keywords, and you can dominate the first few pages of Google with your bookmarks, if you bookmark correctly.
Above I explained how to bookmark for maximum traffic benefits. Well, if you can get your bookmarks to rank for your keywords, you can also bookmark in order to get good rankings in Google. (This is where multiple profiles come in handy, so you can bookmark both ways).
I stated above that if you want to get traffic from your bookmarks, then you should act as if you are a third party individual who happened to come across the webpage and was impressed. This is true if people are on the bookmarking sites looking at bookmarks. However, it is not necessarily true for the bookmarks that appear in the search engines. When bookmarks appear in the search engines, people don’t mind if they see results from the actual site owners. You still want to avoid a blatant sales pitch, but you can speak from a first person point of view, giving an accurate description of your site.
When bookmarking to get more rankings, be sure to use your keywords in the title, and in the description. Make sure that it still looks natural, but stick your primary and secondary keywords in both the title and description if possible. An example of one I have done was for the product I am promoting, Google Slapper. I bookmarked my page (unfortunately the one that got deleted, so now the bookmark is useless) with propeller, and right now as I am typing this my bookmark is #1 for the keyword “google slapper bonus”. The title of the bookmark is “Google Slapper Bonus – Amazing Bonuses for Jay Deibolt’s Google Slapper Method”. It is a long title, but it contains my keywords. The words “bonus” and “bonuses” are both in the title. The product name is mentioned twice, and the creator’s name is in there as well, just in case someone types in his name in their searches.
I use the product name a couple times in the description as well, but it is not as important as the title. If you want proof that this works for ranking well for low competition keywords, then here is a list of the keywords that this bookmark ranks for:
#1 for “google slapper bonus”
#1 for “google slapper bonuses”
#1 for “jay deibolt google slapper bonus”
#1 for “jay deibolt google slapper bonuses”
#1 for “best google slapper bonus”
#1 for “best google slapper bonuses”
#1 for “amazing google slapper bonus”
#1 for “amazing google slapper bonuses”
#1 for “bonus for google slapper”
#1 for “best bonus for google slapper”
#1 for “best bonuses for google slapper”
#2 for “bonuses for google slapper”
#3 for “jay deibolt google slapper”
#33 for “google slapper”
There are a lot more keywords that it ranks for, but they are hardly searched. When this product launches many of these terms will be searched quite often. It doesn’t matter what keyword they search for if it is related to a bonus, they will find me. If you take a look at the results for those keywords, you will also notice that I have an OYAX listing and a Jumptags listing on most of those pages as well. My bookmarks are showing up all over the results for anything related to a Google Slapper bonus. You notice that I even rank for “jay deibolt google slapper”, which many people will type in, and I rank for the term “google slapper”, although because of the rank I probably will not receive many hits from that search term.
As you can see, by including my keywords in the title I rank well for all the keywords I am targeting related to a Google Slapper bonus. Try searching for a Google Slapper bonus. Just do whatever searches you would normally do. I guarantee I am on the first page of any search term you use. If you are looking for a Google Slapper bonus, you will find me.
From these results how many sales do you think I will get after the product launches? I have posted a comment on the bookmark saying that the page has moved, but I don’t know how many people will notice. I am currently bookmarking the new page in order to hopefully get valid bookmarks to the top of the rankings, so you may find different bookmarks when you try searching for those terms.
That is how I do my bookmarking. I generally bookmark pages more than once using multiple accounts/profiles, and I bookmark both ways. One day I do it in a way that will get me more traffic, and one for better rankings. For sites like Digg and Propeller, I do it for rankings because you can only bookmark them once and they rank really well if you do it properly (as shown above).
If you follow the steps above, you should be able to receive lots of traffic from your bookmarks, and achieve many first page rankings for low competition keywords.

Choosing an Optimized Blog Theme for Maximum Results
This short report is about choosing a Wordpress theme, which is actually more important than you may think. It is a fairly simple report on a topic that many people do not take the time to worry about.
Choosing the right Wordpress theme can make a huge difference in the success of your marketing. Many people just pick a theme that they think looks good, and think that the only difference between the themes is the “feel” of the theme and the way it looks. However, there should be a lot more thought put into choosing a Wordpress theme for your blog.
For one thing, you should be choosing a Wordpress blog that is search engine friendly. This means that just picking a random Wordpress theme may not be easy for the search engines to spider and may actually HURT YOUR RANKINGS! If the search engines have trouble indexing your site, and find the site confusing, then you will not rank well in the search engines.
These themes are generally not all that easy to find. I have seen some companies charge $300 or MORE for these optimized themes that allow you rank better in the search engines without doing as much work. I have seen people charge less for these types of themes, but they are often not even created by people who know anything about SEO, or who have gained their SEO knowledge from forums. (I’m not saying all forums are crap, but most forums are FULL of morons who have no idea what they are talking about, even the Warrior Forum. I’m sorry if this offends anyone.)
However, no one wants to spend lots of money on Wordpress themes so they can rank well in the search engines. I mean, the whole point of free traffic is that you don’t want to pay for traffic, and paying hundreds or even thousands of dollars to get the rankings is worse than paying for traffic through PPC or banner advertising. So the goal here is to find free themes (and free plugins) that are search engine optimized and search engine friendly. Luckily, I have found a great guy by the name of Vladimir Prelovac. Vladimir is an SEO expert who has created 2 amazing Wordpress themes that are search engine friendly and are quite stylish. They are also completely free, which is always a bonus. He also has created multiple plugins for SEO purposes and has a whole bunch of articles on SEO with Wordpress and even shares a list of the plugins he uses for his blog. You can find the themes and the plugins at http://www.prelovac.com. The theme he is using on his site there is the Blue Grace theme, which is one of the free Wordpress themes that he has created. The other is Amazing Grace, which is the older version that is a different color, but other than that it’s identical as far as I know.
The two themes from Vladimir are just two of many themes out there to pick from. You can choose from hundreds of thousands of free Wordpress themes or you can even pay someone to create a theme just for you. This costs money though, and is not necessary.
Besides looking for blogs that are search engine friendly, you also want blogs that are easy for people to navigate and are easily readable. I have seen some blogs where the colors were just so insane that it gave me an almost instant headache trying to read them. These blogs are TERRIBLE, no matter how well they rank. If you get 10,000 unique visitors a day but they can’t even read your content, then you are going to lose all 10,000 of those visitors and you will have completely wasted your time.
If you have trouble reading your blog, then don’t use that theme. If you are not sure whether or not it will be difficult for other people to read, then you need to scrap that theme and find a new one. Don’t just hope it will be ok. If you do, you will be losing potential buyers, just because you were too lazy to find a good theme or because you were too attached to a certain theme to let it go. Make sure that whatever theme you pick is easy to read and easy to navigate, so people can easily find their way around your blog.
So the two things you need to remember when choosing a Wordpress theme, is that it should be search engine friendly and they should be easy to read and navigate. Now there is one last thing that I have not seen many people discuss, but something that I think is incredibly important when determining which Wordpress theme you should be using for your market.
This last thing that you need to remember is to pick a theme that fits with your target market. When you pick a market, you should know as much about your target market as possible and pick a theme that works well with them.
For instance, if you are targeting seniors, then you are going to want a theme that has larger font so that it is easy to read and you are going to want a fairly basic theme without a lot of colors and graphics. You obviously want to make it really easy to read the blog because your target audience is most likely losing their eyesight and will have trouble reading your blog unless you specifically pick a theme that is REALLY easy to read.
If you are in the romance niche, then you are going to want to use a red or pink theme, most likely with hearts on it, maybe even silhouettes of people kissing in the background, maybe even with cupid on it. You are not going to want to choose a black theme when you are discussing romance, because it is more depressing and it really just doesn’t fit with the mood.
I am sure you get the idea. You need to pick a theme that really just fits well with your target audience, and will make it more comfortable for them so that your conversions will be higher and people will keep coming back to you. You know your target market (if you don’t, then go do your research right now and figure out who you’re targeting or you won’t make any money), so pick a theme that will convert with them.
So the three things you need to remember when picking a Wordpress theme is to pick a Wordpress theme that is search engine optimized and search engine friendly, is easy for the user to read and to navigate, and a theme that fits well with your target audience. If you remember these three things when you choose a Wordpress theme you will be much more successful in your marketing efforts.
You can also apply these strategies to a normal website as well, as these strategies help a regular website as well, only you are generally creating your own graphics, rather than choosing a theme.
These are not difficult strategies to implement, but it will take a little bit of searching to find the right Wordpress them for the niche that you enter. However, the effort put into finding the right theme is easily worth the amount of money you will make if you do the proper research and spend the time looking for a good theme to use.
*BONUS TIP* If you are not sure what color is a good color for your target market, it has been found that blue converts well, and is easier on the eyes than other colors. If you are unsure, go with a blue theme.
To Your Success,

Dirty Tactics For Removing Your Competition From The Search Engines
In this very short report, I am going to discuss a few tactics that are INCREDIBLY dirty tactics. I have never heard any marketers discuss these tactics, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t feel comfortable discussing them. These tactics are probably frowned upon by many other marketers, and may be considered black hat, but they are completely legal.
It is up to you whether or not you are comfortable using these tactics. I personally use them, because I feel if my competition is sloppy, then they don’t deserve to be in the SERPs. However, it is up to you. You will definitely NOT make any friends using these tactics.
Without further ado, here are the tactics:
Dirty Tactic #1:
This tactic involves Wordpress.com blogs. As you may know, it is against Wordpress TOS to promote an affiliate offer on a Wordpress blog. Affiliate blogs are considered to be spam blogs, and if the people behind Wordpress find blogs that are purely for affiliate marketing, they will delete them.
This can be to your advantage, as you can report spam blogs and have them deleted. I personally do not feel that affiliate marketing is spam, but Wordpress does, and promoting products on a Wordpress.com blog is against their TOS.
Here is why this can be an advantage to you: If you do a Google search for your keywords, you can find the Wordpress blogs that show up on the first 3-5 pages of Google. These blogs are your competition.
If you visit these blogs and find that they are promoting a product as an affiliate, then you can visit this page: http://en.wordpress.com/report-spam/ and you simply enter your email (any email, doesn’t even have to be real. It is just used to send you an email letting you know what has happened to the blog you reported) and state why it is considered a spam blog.
All you have to say is that it is an affiliate blog and therefore it violates the TOS and is considered a spam blog. Every time I have reported a blog it has been deleted within a day.
You can also find tag pages on Wordpress.com that have a list of blogs related to your keywords and then Wordpress gives you a list of your competitors! This is much more effective for product related keywords, but can be used with general keywords.
By using this tactic, you rid the search engines of all competition that are using Wordpress. This will give you less competition, which should result in more sales through your link.
However, the people whose blogs you had deleted will not be happy, and if you are using Wordpress blogs, it is very likely that they will be deleted. For this reason it is crucial to make sure you are using a domain that cannot be deleted easily.

Dirty Tactic #2:
The second tactic involves Hubpages. As you know, Hubpages is VERY strict about the content put up on the hubs. In fact, they are even stricter than Wordpress. They also allow you to flag Hubs.
So with Hubpages, you can do the same thing as Wordpress blogs. Do a search for your keywords, and find all the Hubs that appear in the first 3-5 pages. If they are promoting another site, then they are considered spam and you can flag them as spam.
You can also find Hubpages tag pages and again, you have a whole list of your competitors and you can flag all of the Hubs that are promoting another site, and Hubpages will remove them, eliminating some of your competitors.
Because many people like to use Hubpages because they rank well in the search engines, you can get rid of most of your competitors who don’t have their own domain.
Combine this tactic with tactic #1, and you can eliminate a lot of your competition, making it even easier for you to dominate the search engines and to make more sales.
By using these tactics you can eliminate all of your competition that is using Hubpages and Wordpress, which usually is a good portion of your competition. These tactics are not illegal in any way, as they are simply helping Wordpress and Hubpages to keep their sites clean and spam-free.

In fact, Hubpages and Wordpress will LOVE you for helping them remove these pages, which they consider to be spam. However, your competition will not appreciate it, and if you have any Hubpages or Wordpress blogs, they will most likely get deleted if they are ranking well.
These are dirty marketing tactics, but they are not illegal, and in my opinion not immoral. If you feel uncomfortable using these tactics, then don’t use them. However, if you find no problem with doing these things, then feel free to use them and decrease your competition!

Email Marketing
Email marketing is not a necessary component of web 2.0 marketing, but it can make you a lot of money. One thing you may have noticed on my web pages is that I always have an opt-in form where you can sign up to my mailing list. I like to be able to connect with people after they have left my webpage, so I can sell more products to them, or convince them to purchase a product that they chose not to purchase at the time.
Email marketing is quite simple, although it does require a monthly fee of around $20 for an autoresponder. I personally use Aweber as my autoresponder for my email marketing. It has a high deliverability rate and you get an unlimited number of lists and people. There are also email templates if you want to use them. I know many other people recommend Aweber, and in my opinion it is definitely worth the $20/month. However, if you are new to this process, you may want to wait until you understand the rest of the process before you begin email marketing.
What you do with email marketing is you have an opt-in form located on somewhere on your website; preferably on every page. Your goal is to get everyone who visits your website signs up for your list. This can be done by offering a bonus report for opting in, or any sort of bonus for opting in. You also want to draw attention to your opt-in form by mentioning it in your posts or on your pages.
Once people opt-in to your email list, then you should send them their bonus, and welcome them to your list. The key to making money out of your list is to be kind to them. The people on your list are REAL PEOPLE, so treat them like they are.
Email your list about once a week. Send them free information about whatever they signed up for. If they signed up for your list on a site about weight loss, then send them free weight loss tips and information. If they signed up on a site about dog training, send them free tips about dog training.
Don’t send them product offers every day. You will simply annoy your list and your unsubscribe rate will be incredibly high. If you share with them free information once or twice a week and you send them a product offer once per month, then they are much more likely to purchase the products you recommend. Of course, that is only if the information you share is valuable. If you give them free information that is completely useless and can be found anywhere, then they will not listen to you when you tell them to purchase.
Treat your list with respect, and they usually reward you with about $1/month per person on your list on average, according to studies done by other marketers. If you have a list of 500 people, then you could easily make back the $20/month you pay for the autoresponder. If you get a list of 20,000 people, you do the math.
At the end of this report I recommend a product that shows you how to write great emails that convince people to buy. It is free, and I have used it to make a quite a nice chunk of money from a VERY small list.

Footprints
When using web 2.0 strategies one of the most important parts of making it successful is avoiding leaving a footprint. Criminals try not to leave footprints because that allows the investigators to find out who is committing the crimes and stop them.
The same idea applies with web 2.0 marketing. One of our top goals, especially for the more aggressive marketers, is to avoid leaving a footprint so Google cannot figure out that one person is doing all of the things that normally many, many regular people would be doing.
There are many ways in which a footprint can be left, and there many things you must do to avoid leaving a footprint. Here I will discuss some of the most important things to worry about when it comes to footprints.
Adsense:
If you place Adsense on all of your sites, Google will be able to tell that you own all the sites, as you will have your Adsense publisher ID on all of the Adsense ads. This is a footprint of sorts, one that many people do not even think of.
Technically, if Google decided to, they could check the publisher ID and see that you have a huge network of sites and they will know that it was one person who made it all, and they could de-index all of the pages in one big blow.
However, apparently at this point in time Google has never done that. I personally still choose to not use Adsense, as I would rather give people affiliate links to click on so I can get $20 instead of $0.05, and that way if Google ever does decide to use Adsense to find networks of sites, I will be safe and not have to worry about it.
I personally try to leave as little a footprint as possible, but it is really up to you whether or not you want to use Adsense.
Profiles:
Obviously if you are creating hundreds of pages on only a few different sites, and you are bookmarking all your pages multiple times, you need to use different profiles. If you tried to do everything under the same profile, you would quite quickly have your accounts banned and you would lose whatever work you had previously done with that account.
So this is where the need for multiple profiles comes in. Many marketers who have been working at this for a few years have hundreds of thousands of profiles on different sites. You obviously will have to work your way up to that many profiles, but it is not necessary to have that many to start out with.
By using different profiles, you can create similar content and bookmark the same pages without raising any flags at the site or in Google. If each time you repost a spun article you post it under a different name, then the sites will not even notice, nor will they care.
Using a different profile each time keeps your profiles from getting banned. However, you cannot go and create 300 profiles all in one go, or the sites will notice and your profiles will all be deleted, which is something you definitely do not want.
The key is to slowly increase the amount of profiles you have created, using different names each time and using different proxies so that you do not have all your accounts shown as being from a single location.
If you gradually increase the amount of profiles you have on the sites, you will be able to keep your content spread out over the profiles and you will not have to worry about leaving a footprint. Having multiple profiles is crucial to the success of marketing with web 2.0 properties.
Proxies:
Unless you are completely brand new to internet marketing, you have heard of proxies. You have most likely been told to use proxies. You may even be using them already. Unfortunately, many people do not know what they are or what the point of a proxy is and why you should use proxies to avoid leaving a footprint.
But don’t worry; Shawn is here to save the day! I will tell you what is up with proxies and how they keep you from leaving a footprint.
First of all, let me explain what a proxy is. A proxy is (INSERT DEFINITION HERE). So to be less technical, it basically tells people where you are, and tells Google where the searches are coming from.
You can use a proxy from anywhere in the world if you like, and you can trick Google into thinking that you are from a different place. If you use a German proxy and you visit Google’s homepage, you will notice that it says Google Germany. This is because Google thinks you are from Germany due to the fact that you are using a German proxy. However, generally the fastest proxies are in Canada and the United States.
The reason you are constantly told to use proxies is so that you can hide who and where you really are. If you use the same proxy to create 1500 web pages and use similar content on many of them, then Google just might get a little suspicious.
By using different proxies when you create different pages, so are telling Google that the pages are coming from all sorts of different places, so Google doesn’t mind.
So using different proxies constantly keeps you from leaving a footprint, so Google cannot track you. You have to continually use different proxies so that everything appears to be made in a different place, and therefore appears more natural and leaves no trace. Hence, we achieve second and third biggest goals of marketing: making it look natural and leaving no footprint. (The first biggest goal is to make money.)
Plan = Footprint:
Ok, so before you decide that I am a moron and you shouldn’t listen to anything else I say, let me explain this section. I am not saying that you should have no plan. If you have no plan, you are guaranteed to fail. What I mean is, if you have an exact plan and you do the exact same thing all over the place, using identical linking structures, then even if you are using different profiles and you are using proxies then you can and often will get caught by Google.
I have seen multiple people lose networks because they used the exact same linking patterns over and over again. Google notices that certain pages are always linking to other pages and then Google realizes what they have done and the pages get de-indexed.
Now it doesn’t happen all the time, but it can. Also, if Google becomes even stricter, then it may affect you even more. It is better to get into the habit now, before Google decides to be stricter. That way when Google makes changes, you are not affected.

Hubpages
Basics:
Hubpages is a commonly used web 2.0 property for marketers. Pages created on Hubpages rank well, and so do the Hubpages tag pages. Hubpages is very comparable to Squidoo, as it is easy to create, easy to rank, and easy to maintain.
The main difference between Hubpages and Squidoo is that Hubpages only allows you two links, and they must point to different pages. Squidoo allows you to put as many links as you could possibly want to put into your lens, but Hubpages is much stricter and will only allow you to place two links on your page, and they must point to different URLs; not domains, but different pages.
Hubpages are often deleted, banned and de-indexed as they are quite strict about what they allow. For this reason, I do not focus heavily on the use of Hubpages, but I do use Hubpages for short term promotions.
Strategies for Maximum Benefits:
With Hubpages, because you cannot link directly to an affiliate offer, and you can’t link directly to a review page or pre-sell page (because Hubpages finds it “too promotional”), you must find some way to link to a non promotional page and you must find a way to make money from that non promotional page.
What I personally do, is I link to a page on a blog with an article, or a summary of the product I am promoting. I make sure the page I link to does not encourage others to purchase the product, but is instead purely informational.
I still get some Hubpages deleted, but that is why I use software to create it for me, so it does not really matter if they are deleted. The point is, by linking to pages that are purely informational, but still related to a product, Hubpages will allow the Hub to be created AND you can make money from it.
When using Hubpages, do not focus on getting your Hub to rank, as out of all the Web 2.0 sites, Hubpages is the most likely to be deleted and therefore it’s ranking power is useless.
Hubpages should be used purely to give added link juice to your money sites. That way if the Hub you create gets deleted, then you don’t lose a ranking in the search engines.
Hubpages is so strict that it using Hubpages is not nearly as effective as other Web 2.0 properties. However, it still can be used to your benefit. The key is to not focus on Hubpages, or else you will be spending a lot of time on something that will not bring you great results.

Making It Appear Natural
You probably have heard all over the place that one of the keys at succeeding with Web 2.0 is to make everything appear as natural as possible to the search engines. By making your linking strategies appear more natural you rank more highly in the search engines and you are much less likely to have your sites banned, pages deleted, and your sites de-indexed.
There are many aspects of Web 2.0 that allow you to make your linking appear more natural. Many people simply create a pile of pages on social networking sites and bookmark them and have everything linking to the main page. The only thing they worry about is not gaining too many links in one day, but it still doesn’t appear natural! Here I will tell you how to use many aspects of Web 2.0 to make your linking strategies appear more natural to the search engines.
Diversification is key. You need to have links coming from as many different places and as many different types of places as possible. Here are the different methods you can implement to make your linking strategies appear natural.
Social Networking:
Social networking is an important part of your linking strategies. We both know this. However, you need to make sure that your linking appears natural. There are a few ways that you can do that with your social bookmarking.
The first thing you can do is make sure that the sites don’t just link back to yours. Link your pages to each other and to your main site, so it is not obvious that you are simply linking back to your site for backlinks. If every page only linked back to your site, then you would get screwed very quickly by Google, as it would be obvious once you Google notices 300 pages linking to your domain and nothing else. That is very unnatural, and will get you in trouble VERY quickly.
The second thing you can do is don’t always use the same sites. If you are always using the same sites, and always linking to the same sites, then Google will notice. It may take them a month or so, but you will get caught. Use one set of networking sites one time, and a different set of networking sites another time. Then use half of the first set of sites and half of the other set. Mix it up!
Don’t link to the same sites either. If your Squidoo lenses are always linking to your Wetpaint pages, it will get suspicious. Change up the linking structure and link to different places. If you forget about putting a link in, don’t worry about it! Just leave it alone! It will appear more natural.
Also, if you are using software to do a lot of the work for you (like SEnuke) and a site or two fails, then leave it alone! See if you can figure out why the site failed, and then fix it for the next run, but don’t change anything that you already did.
These mistakes make it look natural, which is exactly what we are striving for. (It also saves you time because you don’t have to keep going back and fixing things that went wrong.
Social Bookmarking:
Social bookmarking is probably one of the most discussed parts of Web 2.0. Everyone tells you to bookmark your pages and you will gain huge amounts of traffic.
We are also told to use bookmarking to gain backlinks to our websites. There are many different tools that have been created to help automate the process of bookmarking as many sites as possible in very little time. Some examples of these are Bookmarking Demon, which is the most popular bookmarking tool and is hailed as the best bookmarking software ever, Bookmark Generation, and SEnuke, which I personally use for my bookmarking, along with other functions.
So how do you make bookmarking look natural? First of all, don’t bookmark one page 10 times in one day. I have seen people do this, and it is just stupid. If anyone reading this bookmarks more than once/day, STOP! There are only a few situations when you should even bookmark once/day (which I explain in the Aggressive Marketing report) but most of the time you should bookmark once every two or three days. If you are trying to really make it look natural, then you should only bookmark once a week.
The second thing is to not create a new profile and immediately bookmark your page. Create a profile and then the next day or a couple days later bookmark your pages. The bookmarking sites will notice that your page is being bookmarked immediately after account creation. It just isn’t natural.
The third thing is to make sure that each of your accounts doesn’t have all the same sites bookmarked. It is pretty obvious if 50 bookmarking accounts all bookmarked the exact same pages, and if they were bookmarked in the same order then it is even worse. Don’t bookmark all of your pages with each account. Bookmark some with one account, some with another. This is a huge part of making your bookmarking appear natural.
The last thing, and probably one of the most important things with social bookmarking is to bookmark other people’s pages, and pages that are not all related to the same niche. The bookmarking sites can tell if you are bookmarking all of your own sites and no one else’s, and you may get banned.
So it is very important to bookmark other people’s pages that are related to yours, and other people’s pages that aren’t related at all. What I do is I comment on blogs or guest post on other people’s blogs and then I bookmark those pages. That way all the pages with my links on them have a little more power, sharing a little more juice with me and making my bookmarking appear very natural.
RSS Feed Submissions:
RSS feed submissions are fairly basic. You should submit all of your RSS feeds to the major directories, but the major thing is to not always submit them to all the directories. Again, if you are using software and it fails, leave it alone. It looks more natural that way.
Also, change up the tags a little bit. If you use all the exact same tags, it is pretty obvious that all the pages are from the same person and it doesn’t look natural.
Video Submissions:
Video submissions are a different style of marketing, but they are quite important for making it natural. With the video sites you can’t use anchor text on your links, so it is all just a basic link. Google likes to see these, and the video sites can have a lot of ranking power so they are a good place to get these links from.
With the video submissions you want to submit your video to many different directories, and you want to submit multiple videos. Make sure you use many of the same tags, but not all of the same tags in your videos.
If you are like me, and you are not good with videos and do not like doing video submissions, you need to do at least one, in order to have links from different types of sites. Google likes to see links not only from different sites but different types of sites, so make sure you submit at least one video.
Blog Commenting:
Commenting on blogs can be very powerful, but many marketers claim that it no longer works. However, I have found that it does work very well, and it also makes your linking look much more natural, especially if you comment on blogs not related to your website and blogs related to your website.
You can do searches for high PR do-follow blogs and make comments on them in order to gain more backlinks and more link juice. I personally do not like using auto-blogging software. This type of software just posts comments that aren’t relevant and that will get deleted.
There is software you can use to find do-follow blogs, and this type of software is ok, but you need to actually make good posts (or hire someone to make the posts for you).
The way I do my blog commenting is this: I first find a do-follow blog to post on. The higher the PR of the blog, the more worth your time it is. Then I read through a post on the blog. Yes, I read the ENTIRE post because then I can make a better comment, not sound like an idiot, and not get my comments deleted by the moderator.
Once I have read the post, I read a few of the comments that other people have left so that I can see what kind of comments the moderator is allowing people to post on the blog. Then I post an INTELLIGENT comment on the article/blog post.
I also check the names of the people commenting. If people use keywords as their name, then I use keywords as my name. If everyone is using their real name, then I use my real name (or pen name, depending on what niche I am in). I also check to see if people are using signatures on their posts. If they are using signatures with links in them, then I will write a signature with an extra link in it.
Also, make sure you fill in the website box with your URL so that you get a backlink from each post!
Comment on blogs related to yours and blogs that aren’t related to yours. Blogs that are related to yours will do more for your rankings, but blogs that aren’t related make it appear much more natural to Google and do a lot for your rankings.
Forum Posting:
Forum posting is a good way to get more backlinks and to make your linking strategies appear natural. Forums allow you to include links in your signature, so every time you post you get a backlink to your website.
Some forums are no-follow for the signatures, which means you do not receive link juice from your backlinks, but you can still use these forums for traffic to your website, and you can use them to get backlinks if you play it right.
Start off by posting helpful comments on a forum and ask a few questions. Make yourself known, and after a week of posting one or two posts per day in that forum, you can post often post a new topic asking people what they think of your website. Ask if they can suggest improvements and just get people’s comments on your website.
This will get you a backlink from the post, and you may even get some good suggestions on how to improve your website so you can make more money!
Web Directories:
Web directories used to be all you needed to get good rankings in Google. Although this is no longer the case, they are still very valuable as part of your diversification strategy and there are many high PR web directories that will give you a lot of link juice.
Submitting to web directories is a lot like bookmarking a site. You must include a keyword rich title and description of the site. It is easy to submit to web directories. Two of the best are Dmoz and Jayde. If you want to find directories that are directly related to your niche, then simply do a Google search for these terms:
“Keyword” Directory
“Keyword” Resources
“Keyword” Submit Your Site
“Keyword” Add URL
“Keyword” Links
You can do these searches for multiple keywords to get as many results as possible and find many directories that are related to your topic, and therefore have more power.
These directories that are niche specific, and therefore have less outgoing links and are topically relevant so they carry more link juice than many generally directories. The larger directories such as Dmoz and Jayde carry more weight, as they are much larger directories that carry much weight in Google.
By submitting to directories you can gain easy backlinks that will give you a lot of link juice and make your linking appear natural, as you are gaining links from other directories.
Blog Directories:
Blog directories are basically the same idea as web directories. If your main website is a blog, then you can submit it to blog directories as well as web directories. If your main site is not a blog, then you can do what many websites do and create a blog for your website and submit it to the blog directories.
Blog directory listings can rank quite highly in the search engines for low competition keywords. They follow the same format as web directories, so they are easy to submit to.
There are not nearly as many blog directories as there are web directories, so you do not have to do keywords searches to find them. You only have to submit to the major blog directories. All other ones will give you little to no results.
These are the blog directories you should submit to: http://www.blogcatalog.com, http://www.bloghub.com, http://www.blogarama.com, http://www.weblogalot.com, http://dir.blogflux.com, http://blogs.botw.org & http://portal.eatonweb.com
As far as I know, there are no other blog directories worth submitting to, but this list will get you some good results. Some of them will show up in the search engine rankings if your title and description are keyword rich, but the ones that don’t still give you link juice and traffic to your blog.
Press Releases:
Press releases are quickly becoming a powerful method of obtaining search engine rankings and traffic. If you write a good press release and submit it to the right places, you can get top Google rankings with your press release, and you will get link juice back to your main page, and you will get traffic from the press releases as well.
When you write a press release, you write it like a news report. Pretend you are writing a column for a newspaper. It has to be interesting, and it has to be something people want to know about. If it is good enough, you can even get into Google News, which can get you first page rankings for incredibly high competition keywords. I don’t know if you know this, but Google loves Google News. (I wonder why that is?)
You want to have one link in the press release linking back to your main site. Use anchor text whenever possible. If you really cannot write a press release, then hire an outsourcer to do it for you.
Once you have written your press release, submit it to PRWeb if you can. It costs $80, but it is definitely worth it. If you submit to PRWeb you have a MUCH greater chance of making it into Google News.
However, if you cannot afford to submit to PRWeb, then at least submit it to http://www.press-release-point.com and http://www.bignews.biz. There are many others, and you can search for them on Google, but these are two of the ones I have received the best results from. They cannot even compare to PRWeb, but they are much better than not doing it.
*SPECIAL TIP* If you feel that you should be getting more out of your press release, then once you have submitted it to the press release sites, treat it like an article! It is like a bonus article for you to use, so do with it exactly what you would do with any other article!
Podcasts:
Alright, I don’t know much about podcasts, and to be honest I haven’t really used them. However, I know that they can be powerful, especially because you have almost no competition whatsoever. Because I do not know anything really about podcasts, I will not lie and make up something I don’t really know about.
I know you can submit your podcasts to different podcast directories, and even get your podcasts into iTunes, which can work great for your marketing, but I do not know how to get the best results out of them. The key is, you need to diversify as much as possible, so podcasts are something you should look into.
(If anyone reading this has experience with podcasting and would like to write up a small report about it and give it to me to include here, I will put it in here and give you credit and you can get some exposure for your business and help out all the wonderful people reading this book. Oh, and maybe I will send you a nice little bonus specially from me! :)

Paid Domains/Hosting VS. Free Domains/Hosting
In this report I will discuss the benefits of paid hosting and domains versus the benefits of free hosting and domains, and explain when and why I use them. You may want to use them when I don’t; it is totally up to you. I am just going to inform you how and when I use paid vs. free domains and hosting so you can get an idea of what you could/should be doing for maximum success.
First, let’s go through the advantages and disadvantages of each, and then I will discuss when I use each.
Free Domains and Hosting
Pros:
Obviously one of the pros of free domains and hosting is that they are free, which is nice if you don’t want to spend a lot of money on things you might not necessarily need. There are many different hosting sites to choose from, the most commonly used being Blogger and Wordpress. They are easy to create, and they are easy to customize.
These free domains also come with authority, so they are indexed and rank more quickly. They also rank more highly with less links than your own domain because of the authority they automatically have, due to the fact that Google trusts these domains.
They are very effective for testing a niche market without spending any money. Often people say to use Adwords to quickly test a market, but that costs money, and many people can’t spend that money to test the market. Using free blog hosting such as Wordpress or Blogger can allow you to quickly test the market and determine whether or not it will be profitable. You can set up a blog and have it ranking in 24 hours and you can see in a matter of days whether or not a niche is profitable. It’s not as fast as Adwords, but still quite quickly, and for free.
Cons:
These properties can be deleted at any point in time. You have no control over it whatsoever. If someone reports you, or the main site feels you are spamming or abusing the website, then your website can disappear in an instant, and all the work you had done
Over time, they do not rank as well as your own domains can. They do at first, but after time they do not rank as well. They also appear less professional, and may not convert as well as a well designed web page. (I have not done very much testing on this, so I don’t know if this is necessarily true)
Paid Domains and Hosting
Pros:
Paid domains and hosting are obviously in your control. Unless you steal content and get people angry enough to report you to your hosting company, then you will not lose your site. (You can also get around this by purchasing extra privacy so that they can’t look up your WHOIS information). You have complete control over what you can do with your domain, and you can design your site however you want.
With paid domains you can set up a Wordpress blog with plugins and widgets that make it even more customizable than the Wordpress.com blogs. You can even find themes that are search engine optimized so that you can rank better than just a normal website, without doing as much work.
The last advantage of owning your own domain is that over time it ranks better than Web 2.0 properties, especially because Web 2.0 properties get spammed and begin to rank lower.
Cons:
Obviously paid domains cost money, which is a downside, especially when you don’t know if the niche is going to be profitable.
Your own domain will take longer to rank than free domains. They do not contain the authority that Web 2.0 sites have, so they have to earn trust from Google before they can rank well.
It takes a lot more work to create pages on your own domain, especially if you are not using a Wordpress blog on it. You either need knowledge of HTML or you have to hire someone to create a webpage for you, which will either cost you time or money.
When I Use Free & Paid Domains/Hosting
I use both free and paid domains at different times and for different purposes. When I first enter a new niche it is never possible to tell how profitable it will be before testing has been done. Because of this, I always test a market with a free domain. I used to use Wordpress, until I suddenly lost 6 domains in one day, so now I use Blogger to set up blogs for testing the niche markets I enter.
I start off by creating a Blogger blog that I use to get quick rankings and test market quickly and see how well the keywords convert to sales. I do not have a set amount of time to tell if a niche is profitable, as some niches are more competitive than others, and therefore take longer to see results.
I generally just see how well the traffic converts, and if I begin to make sales without having to generate lots of traffic, then I move onto a paid domain. I can’t state a specific number for what is a good conversion rate, but anything above 5% is a great conversion rate, especially for free traffic. A conversion rate of 2-4.9% is pretty good, depending on the market. 1-1.9% is an ok conversion rate, but it isn’t great. It all depends on how high the payouts are.
Once I have determined that a niche is profitable, I move the content onto my own domain, and change as many of the links that I created as possible so that they point to my domain. I then point links from the Blogger blog to my domain that I created, and state that the content has been moved, just in case anyone is looking for that same blog so they know where to go to find the content and all the new content that is added later.
I then leave the Blogger blog alone and move on to promoting my domain name, and continue with that market.

That is when I use free domains vs. paid domains. They both have their benefits and their disadvantages, but each disadvantage can be overcome. There is no set rule as to when to use free domains and when to pay for domains, but what I have stated above is a good guideline as to when to use each.
All the best to you and your business

Seasonal Niche Markets
(Christmas, Halloween, Valentine’s Day, etc.)

This report is designed to inform you a little bit about seasonal niche markets, and why they can be incredibly profitable for you. I will not be going in-depth in this report, just giving an overview of seasonal markets so that you are aware of them and why they are profitable. Many people do not enter seasonal niche markets, because they figure that it is only a temporary market and it will just be a waste of time. They would rather enter a market that will make them money all year round, not one that is only profitable for a few months or less. However, they don’t realize that these niches can make you more money in a few months, than other niches will make you in a whole year.
Did you know that Halloween is a $3 Billion niche? Internet Christmas purchases average around $120 per customer, and more and more people are purchasing gifts through the internet because it is cheaper. People are willing to spend hundreds of dollars on their significant other for Valentine’s Day. These niches are HUGE!
These niches are not as difficult to get involved in as you might imagine, and they are so huge that there is room for you to enter and take your share of the money. After all, if people are spending over $1 billion, why can’t you get a little?
There are many seasonal niche markets, as there are quite a few different seasons and different holidays where people spend a lot of money, and where you can promote products as an affiliate. The great thing about these markets is that they are totally recession proof. It doesn’t matter how bad the economy gets, people are still going to buy Halloween costumes for their children and pets. People will always buy Christmas gifts, even if the economy tanks. People are willing to spend money on their significant other for Valentine’s Day, even if they are dead broke.
One way you can tell that these markets are huge is by looking at department stores. You can see that at these times of year, the department stores go all out to decorate the store with the theme of the holiday or season. They fill the stores with anything related to the niche, because they know it will sell! They don’t necessarily speak of it in the same terms as internet marketers, but it is the exact same thing, only on a larger scale.
Offline stores make huge profits during these special times of year, but they only target a local area. With the internet, you can target all of North America and every other English speaking country in the world (And if you are bilingual, you can target other countries to!).
Ok, so you now know that these markets can be incredibly profitable, so now you probably want to know how you can go about profiting from them. The first time entering these markets, you may not make a lot of money I will admit, as it is a different type of market. First of all, with these markets you are dealing with physical products.
For seasonal niche markets you have to move away from Clickbank products, as Clickbank deals with digital products and these niche markets deal almost completely with physical products. I mean, who buys their friend an eBook for Christmas or a digital Halloween costume? Clickbank is great for other markets, but these seasonal markets are not a place where Clickbank is useful.
The two most common centers for finding physical products to promote as an affiliate are Amazon and Commission Junction. Amazon has a very different style of affiliate program and the payout percentages are quite a bit lower on these products, but if you can sell 100X more of them, then it is still worth your time to promote products on Amazon. Commission Junction is set up similar to Clickbank, but of course deals with physical products. I am not going to discuss the statistics that CJ provides because they are not very accurate for these markets.
How do you know which products to promote in these markets? There are a few ways you can tell. Let’s look at Halloween as an example, as it is the easiest market to determine what is going to sell. The first thing you can do to see what is going to be hot, is look at what movies are big at the time. Halloween costumes related to popular movies sell like crazy. This last Halloween Iron Man was huge, the Hulk was also pretty big and Batman was pretty popular. If you looked around to see what Halloween costumes people were buying, you would notice that Iron Man costumes were selling like crazy, and the Hulk and Batman were selling fairly well too.
Another way you can tell what is going to be popular is look at what the department stores are selling. These stores pay millions of dollars for market research; do you not think they have a pretty good idea what is going to be popular? If you take a look at what the department stores are selling, you can get a pretty good idea of what will be popular online. People are moving to online purchases because they are cheaper, so let the department stores do the research and you make the money!
The third method of finding profitable products to promote, and the last one that I am going to discuss is most beneficial if you have young children. If you have kids, ask them what costumes they want to have for Halloween! I have seen kids list off ten different costumes they want for Halloween, so just write down what costumes they want and you will have a nice list of costumes that will most likely sell really well. (Unless your kid is strange and likes things that no other kid does, but I am assuming that you will know better than to ask your kid if they hate everything that is popular with everyone else) If you do not have kids, then ask your friends children, if you have any friends with children. If you don’t have friends with children, then if you are a little bit outgoing you can ask people at the mall, or on the street. Or, you can simply ignore this method and stick with the first two.
Once you know which products to promote, you find them on Amazon or Commission Junction and you begin to promote them, using the same methods as with other markets, making sure you dominate pages of Google for the keywords you are targeting. Once you have got the hang of seasonal markets, and you want to go for the big money, that’s when you get into drop shipping. Drop shipping is where the big money is to be made, but you shouldn’t start with that until you have gotten a feel for the market. I will not be discussing drop shipping in this report, as it is completely outside the scope of this material.
I am going to finish my discussion of seasonal markets here, as now you have a basic overview of what they are, why they are profitable and how you can profit from them. I know it wasn’t in-depth or anything earth shattering, but that is not what I intended with this report. I hope this report has enlightened you a bit as to how and why you should enter seasonal niche markets, and I hope you will achieve great success.

Squidoo
Basics:
Everyone knows that Squidoo is a popular marketing choice. Many marketers state the importance of utilizing Squidoo as it has gained authority in the eyes of Google and the lenses that users create rank well in the search engines and they rank quickly.
You probably already know that it is simple for you to set up a lens on Squidoo.com in a matter of minutes. You can add all sorts of modules to the lens to make it more interesting, to encourage user interaction, and to add more information.
You can also rate lenses, add them as favorites, and leave feedback on lenses. This is good, because if you do a good job on your lens then people will rate it and favorite it. When other people see that previous visitors have ranked your lens highly, they will trust you more and be more willing to purchase whatever you have to offer.
One trick that I do is I create multiple Squidoo accounts and rate my own lenses and favorite them. You can even rate your lens with the account you created it with. Not only does it make your lens appear more beneficial and trustworthy right from the start, but it also makes your Squidoo ranking higher. If you constantly rate it with new accounts and favorite it then your lens will rank higher and higher on Squidoo, meaning you will gain more traffic. I believe this also helps you to rank better in Google, but I am not positive on that fact. (It can’t hurt though)
There is one thing that I do not like about Squidoo though, and that is the fact that it has INCREDIBLY low click-out rates. The people behind Squidoo have done everything possible to keep people on Squidoo, or to get them to click-out through the Adsense ads so that they can make money.
There are a few things you can do to increase the click-out rates, which I will discuss if you continue reading (which you better, or else I won’t like you)
Modules:
As you probably know, Squidoo has many, many modules you can add to your lens in order to allow more user interaction, to share more information, to add fun content, to add regular content, and more.
There are so many modules on Squidoo that I don’t even know what they all do. Squidoo adds more modules as time goes on, so I don’t think I will ever figure out what they all do. However, knowing what they all do is not necessary. I will tell you of some of the more important modules though.
The “Featured Lenses” Module: With this module you can add more lenses created by you that are related to that lens. That way if they want more information related to that subject, they have the option of going to one of your other lenses.
The “Text Module” Module: This is the most basic module and it allows you to add a basic text module to your Squidoo lens. This is good for adding more articles to your lens. HTML is allowed in this module, so you can add links, pictures, etc.
The “Big Arrow Link” Module: The Big Arrow Link module allows you to put more focus on a specific link. It has two big arrows pointing to a link, in which you will obviously place your affiliate link or a link to a pre-sell page, review page, opt-in page, or your own sales page. (Increases click-out rates)
The “Blackbox” Module: This module is just a big black box with a title and description of your choice. You can use this to display a specific point you are trying to get across, or you can even include a link to the page you are promoting. It stands out from the other modules and draws attention to it. (Increases click-outs if you include a link in the description)
The “Talk Bubble” Module: This module does not allow you to include many characters, but you can put in small quotes that stand out. Put little notes that you want people to remember in these so that people skimming the page will see it and remember it.
“The Most Important Thing” Module: The Most Important Thing places an orange box around the text, so it stands out. You want to put “the most important thing” in here, as people skimming the page will see it and read it first, and are much more likely to remember whatever you put here.
These are the most important modules, and many of them will help you to increase your click-out rates and make your module more appealing, so people are more likely to actually read your lens.
Revenue Sharing:
Revenue sharing is something that Squidoo offers so that people will be more inclined to use Squidoo. There are two ways in which you can make money through revenue sharing.
The first way is through Adsense. You will notice that Squidoo has Adsense all over the Squidoo lenses. As people click on Adsense ads, the money received from the clicks is put into a pool, which is distributed to different users. There is some algorithm that Squidoo uses to determine who gets paid (has to do with lens rank I believe) and how much they get paid. The money is pooled to avoid click fraud.
The second way is through the sale of Amazon products. You can see that there are several modules related to Amazon. You can display different Amazon modules which will show the visitors to your lens different related Amazon products. If the visitor clicks through these links and purchases the product, then you share 50% of the commissions with Squidoo. (Basically nothing)
There are people who attempt to make a living off Squidoo’s revenue sharing program. Please, do not even attempt this. Do NOT put Amazon modules on your webpage. Seriously, you can get a few cents from the Adsense clicks IF your lens has a really high ranking. You can also get a couple dollars IF people purchase Amazon products through the module on your lens.
However, would you rather make MAYBE a few dollars/month if you are lucky from revenue sharing, or would you rather promote other products for $20+ commissions? I personally find that promoting affiliate products from Clickbank or a similar place is much more profitable than revenue sharing. If I were you, I would never waste my time with Squidoo’s revenue sharing.
Automation:
I have seen multiple different programs/software developed that automatically create Squidoo lenses. Many people see these types of software to be beneficial, as Squidoo does rank highly, and it is nice to have the process of creating the lenses automated. However, there are a few problems with Squidoo automation.
The first is that it is against Squidoo’s TOS. Squidoo wants good quality lenses that truly help people and provide useful information. Squidoo does not want people to automatically create a bunch of Squidoo lenses. Our goal is not to spam the web 2.0 sites and anger them, and by using automated lens creation you are going to upset Squidoo, and you are violating their TOS.
The second thing is that Squidoo is good at detecting lenses that were automatically created. I have heard of people losing 20 lenses in one day, because Squidoo found out the lenses were created automatically. I have not heard of one lens that was created by software that has lasted. They may be around for a week, or maybe even a couple of weeks, but they all end up getting deleted at some point.

Claiming Domains:
When choosing a name for your Squidoo lens you need to have your keywords in your domain. Once you have determined what keywords you are going to target, it is wise to go and claim the domains with the keywords in the URLs before someone else does.
To get maximum effect out of Squidoo, your Squidoo URL must contain your keywords. For this reason you should claim the URLs immediately, even if you are not going to create the lenses right away.
This is especially important for new products and new trends that emerge. If you are can claim the major keywords before anyone else does, then you can outrank others. Claim your domains for all the major keywords and it will be easier for you to outrank your competitors.
If you are ok with being mean to your competitors, you can claim the domain with just the keywords, with hyphens between the words (for keywords longer than one word), and with hyphens between just a few of the words. These are the domains your competitors will want, as they will rank the best. If you claim all of these domains (even if you don’t use them), then your competitors will be left having to add letters and numbers to the end of their keywords and they will not be able to rank as easily.
“Force” Visitors to Leave:
As I have mentioned before, Squidoo lenses have a very low click-out rate. So when creating your Squidoo lens, it is important to do everything you can to get people off the lens through your links. If you don’t specifically attempt to get people off your lens, then they will not click on your links and they will most likely click on the Adsense or go look at other lenses on Squidoo.
There are a few things you can do to “force” people to leave your lens through your links. The first thing that I always do is I make sure to include a link to my website in EVERY text module. Yes, it makes the links do very little for ranking your main page, and it may appear a little bit spammy, but it helps get people to your site, where you can then make sales, which is the whole point of this process.
The next thing I do is I always include the modules stated above, especially the Blackbox and Big Arrow Link modules. These catch the users attention and give the visitor a link to get off the page to something that will hopefully solve whatever problems they are having.
The third thing you can do is make every picture on the lens clickable. I know Squidoo gives you the option to upload a picture with the text modules, but they are not clickable, and people LOVE to click on pictures. So instead of using the option Squidoo provides to upload a picture, use HTML to insert a clickable picture that will take the visitor to your site.
If you do not know how to do the HTML, then simply use a Wordpress blog and insert a picture with a link in it, and then copy the HTML that Wordpress automatically creates and paste it into the text module.
If you do these three things, your click-out rates will increase dramatically, and you will make more sales from your Squidoo lenses.

Tagging Secrets
Many people are unfamiliar with what tags are and what the point of tagging your posts/bookmarks is. You are told it is mandatory, but many people don’t even know what a tag is, or how they should tag their posts/bookmarks for maximum results.
Tagging Basics:
I have heard it said that when using tags correctly, search engine hits landing on tag pages can account for 30% of a website’s traffic from the search engines. That means that your tags are a very important aspect of your posts. What tagging does is it creates a page on a website that contains a list of all the posts that have been tagged with that keyword. These tag pages can rank very highly in the search engines, especially with authority domains like Wordpress.com and Hubpages.com.
Tags become very powerful once you start using tags over and over again. Most posts contain a list of tags at the end of them, which means that each tag links to the tag pages, giving it a little bit of juice. The more you use the tags, the more powerful the tag pages become as they gain more and more incoming links. With each link they get a little more juice, a little more PR, and a little bit better rankings.
Tagging For Maximum Effectiveness:
The first thing you need to do is your keyword research. You want to tag your posts with keywords that are actually searched and that will actually make you money. If your tag pages are ranking for keywords that no one searches, then your tags are useless.
On your own blogs make sure that your archive pages only show excerpts from the posts, and no the entire thing. You want your tags to only give a preview of each post, and you want to avoid duplicate content so that all the pages on your website can rank highly.
If you want your tag pages to rank even more highly, then submit your tag page RSS feeds to the top RSS feed submission sites, and also bookmark your tag pages following the bookmarking strategies stated above. This can get you even more search engine rankings (from the bookmarks and RSS feeds) and will help your tag pages to rank even more highly in the search engines.
Make sure you track which tag pages are seeing results. For the ones that you are seeing good results from, keep bookmarking them every couple of days to keep them ranking highly and even improve their rankings. For the tag pages that you aren’t seeing results from, forget about them and spend your time on something that will get you results.
Hopefully that cleared up any confusion you may have previously had about tags. If you just follow the advice above, you can achieve great results from your tags, rather than just randomly tagging your posts, which does basically nothing for you unless you get lucky.

How I Perform SEnuke Submissions
Alright, so this portion is only for SEnuke members. This product was originally created specifically for this portion. However, I felt that in order to get maximum benefits you need to know exactly how and why I do everything I do. That is why I wrote the rest of this course. If you are reading this course and you do not own a copy of SEnuke, then you are probably too late and will have to get on the waiting list. However, you can read through this and see how I do the automated submissions, as I do outline the process I go through. Of course, you will either have to hire someone to do it or you will have to it yourself manually. I am sorry, but I have never seen any other software that works even half as well as SEnuke.
In this portion I will walk you through exactly how I do my SEnuke submissions. This portion of the course will be updated after each time that SEnuke is updated, as my submission strategies will obviously change as more features are added. It will take a couple days for me to figure out the updates and to rewrite this section of the report, but after each update I will try to get this portion updated as quickly as possible.
There is an opt-in form on the download page where you can sign up for a mailing list so I can notify you of updates to the course. If you are not on that list, you should sign up for the list immediately so that I can inform you of any updates to the course.
Without further ado, allow me to walk you through the steps I follow to perform an SEnuke submission. I will assume that you have already read my free report on niche research, and if you have not, then you will need to read it. It is not the only way to do niche research, as I have done it many different ways, but it is a good guideline to follow. So I am going to assume you have chosen your niche, keywords and which product(s) you are going to promote and you now are ready to start promoting.
So the first thing I do when preparing for an SEnuke submission is I write an article on the keyword I am targeting. The title of the article contains the keyword, and if possible secondary keywords. The article can range between 400 words and 1,500 words. If I have a 1,500 word article, I often put the entire article on my main website, and I split it up into two or three articles that I can submit.
I spin these articles so they are 30% unique or more. (Soon I will be using the software Areeb is coming out with instead of doing this manually) The article should have a keyword density of between 2-6%. I know people pick numbers in between, but I vary it so that it is more natural.
Once I have a keyword rich article that is spin-ready, I proceed to the Social Network Nuke (if I am not already there, as I spin my articles there if I do not have pre-spun articles.) I fill in the domain section, using the keywords I am targeting as the domain name. I put a title in, and I spin it so that there are at least 6 different versions. And lastly I choose my tags, following the tagging secrets I discussed earlier in this eBook.
I choose tags that are keywords that people will actually search, and I make sure that I choose tags that I will use for multiple articles, so that I can have many articles appear on the tag pages when they display in the search engine results pages. I choose a few tags that I won’t use in other posts, but I still choose tags that will be searched, so that I can still have the tag pages appear in the search engines for low competition keywords.
I then submit one version of my article to Hubpages and to Ezinearticles, with two links, pointing to different pages. I usually link once to the main page of my website/blog and once to my subpage that is related to the keyword I am targeting.
Once I have submitted to these two, I submit to the rest of the sites, adding the #lasturl# tag at the end of article and adding my affiliate link/redirect link one as well, allowing me to make sales directly from my articles. The affiliate link/redirect link is only if I am promoting a product as an affiliate. If I am promoting my own product, then I only use the other three links in the article.
After completing all these submissions, the submission report appears. I launch the pinger directly from the submission report and ping all of the URLs. I also make note of which sites did not succeed, and I make an attempt to figure out why, so I can hopefully fix it for the next submission I do.
Depending on how aggressively I am marketing at the time, I may also bookmark the URLs immediately as well. If I am doing a short term promotion, I market quite aggressively and I will bookmark the pages immediately. If I am doing a long term promotion, then I wait a day or two before bookmarking the pages I created.
If I am marketing aggressively, then I will bookmark all pages following the bookmarking strategies outlined near the beginning of the eBook. I bookmark using keyword rich titles that will attract attention, so as to gain more traffic from the bookmarks. I also use keyword rich descriptions, and descriptions that basically force people to click through to the website either because of curiosity, or for a sense of urgency, etc. I spin both the title and the description so that I can achieve more rankings for low competition keywords. I tag the bookmarks using the same methods as tagging on the social networking nuke.
If bookmarking more than one page, I choose the setting to bookmark two websites. I do not bookmark more, as I have tested it and bookmarking more than two gets your accounts banned quickly, but two is a fairly safe number. Bookmarking one website is not as effective as two, so because bookmarking two of the websites is unlikely to get the accounts banned, I always bookmark two websites.
Many people ask if SEnuke remembers which pages it has bookmarked and whether or not it chooses them randomly. SEnuke does randomly choose the two websites to bookmark. There is no order or anything that it uses to choose which websites it bookmarks. Also, SEnuke does not remember which websites it bookmarks, as it does not have any sort of memory built in.
The memory is not even something that is required, or even useful. You do not want to go back and bookmark the rest of the pages under the same account anyway, as that would get your account banned, so there is no reason for SEnuke to remember which pages have been bookmarked.
I bookmark the pages using the same techniques and using different titles and descriptions every couple of days if I marketing somewhat aggressively. I bookmark them every day if I am marketing very aggressively for a short term promotion, and I bookmark them once a week for a long term promotion.
After bookmarking the pages for the first time, I submit the RSS feeds in the RSS nuke. The RSS nuke is probably the most simple module in SEnuke, as you simply copy your RSS feed URLs in the box, select the categories for the submission sites that require it, choose how many to submit and choose your tags.
The tags are chosen in the same manner as with the other modules, so you should already know which tags to use for the RSS nuke. With the number of feeds to submit, I choose 3, as I have not had any problems when submitting 3 feeds to each place. I have submitted more than 3 and not had my accounts banned, but it is spamming the sites, and if everyone started to do it then the sites would not be nearly as effective, so for the long term it is much more beneficial to stick with 3 feeds to submit.
I have had many people ask how I manage profiles with SEnuke. I create one profile per day for the bookmarking and networking sites, but not for the video sites and RSS feed submission sites. If you don’t already know, video marketing is not one of my areas of expertise, and I am terrible at making and submitting videos. I do know however, that submitting the same videos many times is not effective, and will just get your accounts banned, so I only have a few profiles for the video sites. One for each niche I am in, to be specific.
I have one account on the RSS feed sites, because you can only submit each feed once, so there is no need for extra accounts.
I create one profile per day on the bookmarking sites and the networking sites. More is unnecessary and can get your accounts banned, and some will not allow you to create more than one profile per day. If I miss a day, I don’t worry about it. It really doesn’t matter that much if you don’t create a profile per day. I just try to create a new profile per day.
I have no set rule about how I use the profiles. I make sure that I don’t submit the same spin-ready article to the same profile more than once, and I make sure I don’t bookmark the same sites under the same profile more than once, but that is basically all that I worry about. The only organizing I do is keeping track of which profiles I have used for which article submissions and which profiles I have used to bookmark the pages.
You can use a spreadsheet to keep track, or whatever you choose. Different people find different methods of keeping track more effective for them, so just set up some sort of system of keeping track that will work for you.
Another question I have been frequently asked is how many submissions you can do with one article. The first thing you need to remember is that you always need to submit your article under a different profile each time. Depending on the uniqueness of your articles, you can submit them more or less times.
Based on a 30% uniqueness, I have found that you can submit the article between 3-8 times. I personally continue to submit it (once per day under a different profile each time) until I stop seeing results from it. The maximum number of times I submit it is 10. If you submit the same article extra times, the duplicate results will not show up in the search engines, but you will still gain backlinks from the pages created, and the backlinks will come from relevant pages and will contain anchor text.
Once I have submitted the article usually a minimum of 5 times, I create a new article, spin it, and continue the submission process. Once my site ranks for the keywords I am targeting, I move onto the next keyword. For higher competition keywords it will take more articles to rank for the keywords.
By following this process I can rank for low competition keywords in a matter of days, medium competition keywords usually within a week, but the process does not work for high competition keywords. In order to rank for high competition keywords you must combine this strategy with blog commenting, forum posting, press releases, and other promotional methods. I have discussed these in the “Making it Natural” section, so you can follow the strategy outlined there to rank for the high competition keywords.
